What is your Returns & Exchange policy?
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that: We do not exchange or refund sale or custom made item. Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging. When we receive your package, we will make sure that the condition of the item is perfect before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. We will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges in any circumstances.
