Ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and that paper tags are in original condition.
Contact our customer care via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram within 48 hours after the product is delivered.

Pack your order in the original ANANAS package and send it to us via any trackable and insured service at your expense.
