  1. Do you ship outside of Pakistan
    Yes! We are currently shipping to various other countries outside Pakistan.

  2. What is the delivery time?
    Our delivery time is 2-4 working days for Karachi and 5-7 working days for other cities of Pakistan. For UAE and other countries our delivery time is 10-15 working days.
    What Are Your Shipping Charges?
    For Orders In Pakistan – Rs 250 for karachi and Rs 300 for other cities

  5. Can you do urgent deliveries?
    Yes, we can deliver urgently within karahi, however it also depends on the availability of the requested item.

  9. What Address Do I Need To Send Items for Returns & Exchange?
    Address: Plot 576-c, sheikh arcade, third floor, khushall road, pechs block 2, karachi.We recommend you to track, deliver and insure your package, at your expense, as we are not responsible for any items that fail to reach us. Remember that we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  10. What is your Returns & Exchange policy?

    When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
    We do not exchange or refund sale or custom made item.
    Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
    When we receive your package, we will make sure that the condition of the item is perfect before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. We will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges in any circumstances.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We do not exchange or refund sale or custom made item.
  • We not pay the delivery charges for exchange or return charges in any circumstances.
  • The return request must be processed within 3-4 days of receiving the order.
  • The cost and responsibility of returning our order to the facility will be borne by the customer with shipping receipt provided to our Customer Service Team.
  • Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in.
  • Our Return and Exchange policy is not applicable to international and custom orders, unless, there is an issue from our end (such as manufacturing fault/defected or wrong item).
  • International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged except for UAE orders in case of cash on delivery only. Our UAE customers will have toto bear the delivery charges to get the item exchanged.
